As Principal of Bridgecraft Advisory, he provides strategic counsel to organizations navigating technology adoption, operational transformation, and growth challenges. His clients include mid-market companies, research institutions, and mission-driven organizations seeking modern, implementation-focused guidance.
As Founder of JOPRO, he leads a research incubation initiative cultivating new approaches to how knowledge is generated and applied across domains. JOPRO coordinates working groups, discussion series, and collaborative research programs spanning futures studies, cognitive science, and technology ethics.
His career spans nearly two decades across startups, healthcare R&D, government, nonprofits, and higher education. He has managed teams developing HIPAA-compliant technologies, built research programs from the ground up, and founded organizations that bridge academic rigor with practical impact.
Jes holds an MS in Data Science from UC San Diego's Halıcıoğlu Data Science Institute and a MicroMBA from the Rady School of Management.
